The name of this entity is the Fish Camp Property Owners’ Association and shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Association.” Fish Camp, California, is an unincorporated village adjacent to Highway 41 in Mariposa County. The principal office of the Association shall be located in Fish Camp, California, at such place as the Board of Directors shall from time to time designate.
The primary purpose of the Association shall be to further and promote the common interests and welfare of its members who are owners of property in Fish Camp, California. The Association shall do whatever is necessary, conducive, incidental, or advisable to accomplish and promote its objectives and purposes, except carry on a business or trade for profit. Specifically, but without limitation thereto, the Association shall endeavor to protect the property interests of its members; to maintain and better the conditions of the Fish Camp community; to represent its members’ interests with governmental bodies and private developers; to act on behalf of the Fish Camp community and the environment affected thereby; to work in cooperation with forest and park services and water control boards in the enforcement of all regulations with regard to water quality, water rights, sanitation, fires, public health, and recreation in the National Forests and Parks and nearby vicinities; and to do any and all things lawful, just, and/or necessary to further the interests of the community as the need presents itself from time to time.

There is no public snow play play within the Fish Camp boundaries. The nearest snow play area is located 1 1/2 miles north of Fish Camp at the top of Mt. Raymond Road. Chains are usually required on this road.
