A special meeting of the Fish Camp Advisory Council has been scheduled for Saturday, May 5, 2012 in the Counties Room of the Tenaya Lodge, Fish Camp.  Attached is the agenda for the meeting.  Also attached are the documents prepared by the county concerning agenda item #2 -  ”Review and Comment on the Application for Time Extension by the Silver Tip Project”.  These include Mariposa County’s’ agency letter requesting comments, the official application for the extension, and the original letter from Pacificus requesting the 2 year extension.  A separate document, Project Description and Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit #267 and Planned Development Permit #99-01, is also attached for your reference.
