The Yosemite Alpine Community Services District, YACSD, would like to announce its next Board of Directors meeting on Saturday, May 26, 2012. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Evergreen/Ponderosa Room of the Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp. The budget will be one of the main topics. The Agenda for the meeting will be posted at a later date.

A request for a two year time extention for activation of Planned Development No. 99-1 and Conditional Use Permit No. 267, the SilverTip Resort Project, has been received by the Mariposa County Planning Department. On Friday, May 18, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. there will be a public hearing to consider adoption of a resolution approving Time Extension No. 2012-048. A special meeting of the Fish Camp Advisory Council has been scheduled for Saturday, May 5, 2012 in the Counties Room of the Tenaya Lodge, Fish Camp. Attached is the agenda for the meeting. Also attached are the documents prepared by the county concerning agenda item #2 - ”Review and Comment on the Application for Time Extension by the Silver Tip Project”. These include Mariposa County’s’ agency letter requesting comments, the official application for the extension, and the original letter from Pacificus requesting the 2 year extension. A separate document, Project Description and Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit #267 and Planned Development Permit #99-01, is also attached for your reference.
